"'Thank you for the boiler service you did for us last week, Tom was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him to look at and sort. We had another issue that he spent some time looking at but rather than try to make more money out of us he instead advised us to contact a specialist engineer. And when he gave us the invoice he didn't charge us for the additional work, only the service. A real credit to your company, you should be extremely proud of him and I would recommend him to anyone'"
